My Approach to Therapy

Yes, I see emotions as important guides to understanding yourself, your relationships, and the patterns in your life. Often, the feelings we notice, or try to avoid, hold clues about what we need, what matters most to us, and what keeps us feeling stuck.

In therapy, we explore these emotions safely and compassionately. By paying attention to what your feelings are telling you, you can make choices that feel more aligned with who you are, respond differently in your relationships, and create meaningful change in your life.

I work to bridge the body and the mind, helping you notice what your body is telling you while also making sense of the thoughts and stories we often get caught up in. This approach can help you move past patterns that no longer serve you and reconnect with what feels authentic and important in your life.
