This space may be a fit for you if…
- You’re 16 or older and often feel anxious about the future, your body, or whether you’re doing enough.
- You lie awake replaying the day, worrying about decisions, or wondering if you’re on the right path.
- You notice your mind racing, a persistent self-critical voice, or a sense that anxiety or self-doubt keeps getting in the way of feeling grounded and confident.
- You want to explore your emotions with curiosity and compassion, learning how they guide your choices and sense of self.
- You feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you and want gentle, guided support to shift them.
- You’re ready to reconnect with your values, build self-understanding, and make choices that feel aligned with who you truly are.
I support teens and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions, offering a space to slow down, feel understood, and build confidence in who they are becoming
Is this space a fit for you?
This space may not be a fit for you if…
- You're younger than 16. Online therapy carries extra safety and risk considerations for younger clients, so this space is designed for those 16 and older.
- There is an active crisis, self-harm, or emergency that requires immediate support.
- You’re seeking online therapy while outside the jurisdiction where I am licensed to practice.
My Approach to Therapy
I see emotions as important guides to understanding yourself, your relationships, and the patterns in your life. Often, the feelings we notice, or try to avoid, hold clues about what we need, what matters most to us, and what keeps us feeling stuck.
In therapy, we explore these emotions safely and compassionately. By paying attention to what your feelings are telling you, you can make choices that feel more aligned with who you are, respond differently in your relationships, and create meaningful change in your life.
I work to bridge the body and the mind, helping you notice what your body is telling you while also making sense of the thoughts and stories we often get caught up in. This approach can help you move past patterns that no longer serve you and reconnect with what feels authentic and important in your life.

Get to Know Me
I’m so glad you’re here!
Hello, my name is Hannah, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Arts in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care from Martin Luther University College.
I’m registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and work under supervision, which allows me to reflect on my cases and provide careful, thoughtful support to everyone I work with.
When I’m not in session, you’ll usually find me cycling, getting lost in a good book, binge-watching reality TV, or spending quality time with the people I love. I absolutely adore dogs and have two of my own.
Favorite Quotes (right now):
"If I can sit in the fire of my own feelings, I will keep becoming," — Glennon Doyle.
"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." — Albert Einstein.

Common Questions
Are sessions only online?
Yes, I only provide online psychotherapy services.
How does insurance work?
OHIP does not cover psychotherapy.
Many insurance or extended health plans do, but coverage is different for each plan. It’s best to check with your provider before starting therapy.
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I’ll provide a receipt after each session that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Many people come to therapy for different reasons. A common misconception is that you have to be in a serious crisis to benefit from therapy. In reality, therapy can be helpful anytime you want support, insight, or guidance in navigating life, relationships, or your emotions.
If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, that’s exactly why I offer a free 15‑minute consultation. Everyone deserves to work with a therapist who feels like a good fit, and this is a chance to see if we might be a match before starting.
How does confidentiality work?
Confidentiality is very important in therapy, and what you share with me is kept private. I’ll go over the details in our first session so you know exactly what to expect.
There are a few situations where I may need to share information, such as if:
- There is a risk of harm to yourself or someone else
- There is suspected abuse or neglect
- The law requires disclosure
Outside of these exceptions, everything we talk about stays between us so you can feel safe exploring your thoughts and feelings openly.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, there is no charge.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if it’s missed entirely, the full session fee will apply. This is because late cancellations leave a spot in my schedule that could have been offered to someone else who needs support.
What is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)?
A Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) is someone who has completed the education and training required to practice psychotherapy and is in the process of completing the supervised experience needed to become fully registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Being “Qualifying” means I work under supervision to ensure that the care I provide is thoughtful, safe, and aligned with professional standards.
If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out—I’m happy to explain more.
